My daughter Tally is a pink princess so I was pleased when I persuaded her to eat this lovely salmon meal because of its colour. I didn't tell her that all the hidden veggies in this meal aren't pink but what she doesn't know will be good for her.
This dish is made with beautiful pale pink organic Scottish salmon, carrots, leeks, broccoli and peas, all wrapped up in the silkiest of cheese sauces and then finished off with yummy, fluffy mashed potato. It's gorgeous - just like Tally!
